Approve a bio

Why approval matters here

A bio in draft does not appear on presentations or submissions. If a colleague says their profile is missing from a pitch, an unapproved bio is the first thing to check.

Approval is per bio and per language, so a specialist can have an approved English bio and a draft Dutch one.

Steps

  1. In the left menu bar, click specialists under the Firm heading.

Step 1

  1. Open the record you want to work with.

Step 2

  1. On the specialist, open the Bio tab.

Step 3

  1. Click Approve bio.

Step 4

  1. The bio is now used on presentations and submissions in that language.
