About integrations
What integrations are for
Section titled “What integrations are for”Integrations connect KLERQ to systems your firm already runs, so information does not have to be entered twice. Each is enabled separately, and most need credentials from the other system before they will do anything.
They fall into three groups: data integrations that move records in and out, AI features that work on your content, and sign-in integrations that change how people authenticate.
What is available
Section titled “What is available”| Integration | Connects | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| KLERQ API | Anything | A REST API for building your own integrations — push matters in from a practice management system, pull submission data into reporting |
| Nexl | Contacts, presentations | A CRM and relationship-intelligence platform for law firms. Keeps contact and relationship data aligned between the two systems |
| JUVE | Directories | The German and Austrian rankings publication. Brings JUVE directory data into KLERQ |
| HubSpot | Contacts | Marketing and sales CRM, giving a shared view of contacts across marketing, sales and service |
| AI Assistants (MCP) | Most entities | Lets assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read and act on your workspace over the Model Context Protocol, on behalf of the signed-in user |
| KAI | AI features | KLERQ’s own AI — smart search and text tools. See what KAI does |
| SSO | Sign-in | Federated sign-in through your identity provider — Okta, Azure AD or Google Workspace, via SAML 2.0 or OIDC |
Status, and what each status means
Section titled “Status, and what each status means”Each integration shows one of:
- Enabled — active. Edit changes its configuration.
- Disabled with an Enable button — available to you now. You will need credentials from the other system, usually an API key or token.
- Disabled with Coming soon — built but not yet released. Register interest with KLERQ and you will be told when it ships.
- Available on request — not self-service. Contact KLERQ to have it set up.
How to get one switched on
Section titled “How to get one switched on”If it shows Enable, you can do it yourself. Have the other system’s credentials ready — you will not be able to finish without them. More info on each card explains what is needed.
If it shows Coming soon or Available on request, contact KLERQ. This applies to the API, HubSpot and MCP.
SSO is configured, not enabled. Federated sign-in changes how everyone at your firm authenticates, so it is set up together with KLERQ rather than flipped on. Expect to involve whoever runs your identity provider.
